This Inhaler is indicated for use in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on a regular aerosol bronchodilator who continue to have evidence of bronchospasm and who require a second bronchodilator.

As Mucolytic in pulmonary disease: Respiratory tract disorders associated with excessive viscous mucous such as-chronic bronchopulmonary disease (chronic emphysema, emphysema with bronchitis, chronic asthmatic bronchitis, tuberculosis) acute bronchopulmonary disease (pneumonia, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis), pulmonary complications of cystic fibrosis, pulmonary complications associated with surgery.

Salbutamol Respirator Solution is indicated for the treatment of severe acute asthma (status asthmaticus) and also forms of bronchospasm.

This is indicated in the regular treatment of asthma where use of a combination product (long-acting β2-agonist and inhaled corticosteroid) is appropriate: patients not adequately controlled with inhaled corticosteroids and 'as needed' inhaled short acting β2-agonist or patients already adequately controlled on both inhaled corticosteroid and long-acting β2-agonist.

Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist indicated for: Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in patients 12 months of age and older. Acute prevention of Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction (EIB) in patients 6 years of age and older. Relief of symptoms of Allergic Rhinitis (AR): Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (SAR) in patients 2 years of age and older, and perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR) in patients 6 months of age and older.

Indications Salbutamol is indicated as a bronchodilator for use in- Asthma Chronic Bronchitis Emphysema and Other conditions associated with airways obstruction.
