- Your Reward Points will be added automatically once the delivery is successfully done & confirmed and will be available on your DAOYAI account.
- If a customer refer a friends to buy from DAOYAI, gets a certain amount of points automatically.

- How do I get points in my Account?
Each time you purchase any product from DAOYAI, you get awarded with Reward Points.
The calculation of our Reward Point is as such: ৳ 1 = 100 Reward Point (While Purchasing).
- How do I place an order with the points?
Placing order with your Rewards is easy! Points can be spent on any product during checkout. All your points will automatically be converted to Tk.:

- How long would it take to receive my points?
Your points will be added automatically once the delivery is successfully done & confirmed.
- How do I CHECK BALANCE in my Reward Point Wallet?
Your reward point balance will be available on your DAOYAI account.Go to Sign In > My Account > My Reward Points
- What is the maximum VALIDITY of my Reward Point?
As long as you are an active customer at DAOYAI, your Reward Points will be available for you to use.
- What happens if I RETURN the items which I have bought with Reward Points?
In case of return, your Reward Points will be deducted from the Reward Balance.
- What happens to my Reward Point if I don’t use DAOYAI for a year?
As long as your account is active your Reward Point will be available.
- Can my Reward Point be suspended or closed?
If the authority of DAOYAI finds out any suspicious activity on your account, they have the right to suspend or close your Reward Point immediately.
- Can I TRANSFER my Reward Points to another registered DAOYAI account?
No, there is no such option.
- Do I need to have an account on DAOYAI App/Website to get the points?
Ofcourse, you need to register and make a successful purchase to be eligible for Reward Point.
- Can I redeem my Reward Point to cash?
No, you can only purchase a product from DAOYAI with your Reward Points.
